Conditions for Refund
You can request a refund if the delivered product has manufacturing defects or issues caused during shipping. The product must be in its original condition, with tags intact, and without signs of use. We do not accept returns of products that have been used or damaged due to misuse. -

The deadline to request a refund is 7 calendar days after receiving the product. After this period, returns or refunds will not be processed. -

Refund Process
Once the product is returned and confirmed to meet the refund conditions, the refund will be processed using the payment method originally used for the purchase. The refund processing time can range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment platform. -
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product sent). -
Exceptions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, damaged due to misuse or wear, or those purchased during a sale or clearance, unless they have manufacturing defects.
